Today's run was a bit rough. Since I was a bit pressed for time, I thought I'd stretch first, warm-up, then just go for it! I probably should have warmed-up then stretched. For some reason, this seems to make a difference. Or at least I think it does. What I learned from today's run is that I need to take it easy. I get overwhelmed and perhaps even energetic in the beginning running faster than I should then I end up really tired and worn out quickly.

Heavy breathing.
Lungs...burning.

I felt really good after my run. Endorphins kicking in.
