Juice Fast

Here are my entries regarding my juice fast experience inspired by Joe Cross' documentary, "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead".

For 3 days in August I was on a juice fast to prepare my body for a healthier lifestyle. Though not recommended for marathon training, half of August is also my month for baseline running (I am after all, 85 lbs overweight). That means, shortly after I will intensely train for the California International Marathon which will be on December 4th in Sacramento.


UPDATE: I lost a total of 2lbs while on this fast. I plan to do this again and perhaps incorporate more juices into my diet.
