The benefits of water
I am almost positive that the 9lbs I have lost was also because of the fact that I cut out soda from my diet (well, except for last night's guilty pleasure).
So last night should have been the night of MORE running and as much as I would love to make excuses as to why I walked for a whole hour instead, I'm not going to.
This is me owning up to my own laziness.
This is me. Today.
On the upside, green tea, pesto tuna over brown rice grilled beef and veggies. What a good day to eat!
