Day 4 of 365: Thinking Before Eating

Soreness lives on!

Yesterday, I DID NOT work out and I will be hard on myself. That's NOT OKAY.

Reasons being:
1. I felt lazy after the movies ("Cloud Atlas" was so worth it though!)
2. I had movie popcorn (light butter, no salt)
3. Did I mention, lazy

Considering, I ate the almost healthy Caesar salad. (See photo)




I am making it a point to share now. Yes, sharing is not only caring but it is also a weigh-loss strategy. You can taste and not overindulge.

•So today, I had a wonderful breakfast consisting of a mushroom, tomato omelet with whole wheat and coffee (it in photo collage).

•Snacked on mangoes and bananas (photo courtesy of google since I forgot to take my own).

•Dinner was yummy Indian food and of course my second coffee for dessert non-fat coffee latte.



So today's goals or what's left of today:
◻ Now I've got to make sure to RUN and just when I think I need to slow down go for another 5 minutes longer
☑ Drink more water
☑ More fruits
