Day 3 of 365: Feeling Sore

Feeling sore, but feeling stronger.

Last night I tried to eat the best I could but I know I indulged a bit. We found a Tex-Mex place here in Cebu.

Did I mentioned that I moved halfway across the globe to study filmmaking?

Oh, and that my sweetheart of 8 years and I finally tied the knot in April of this year!


Yes, what a good year it has been!
So, yes we had dinner with friends. I had the chicken burrito and salad and water. But then snacked just a tiny bit on chips and salsa. Had a bite or two on some onion rings. Had a mon-fat iced coffee latte at Starbucks, and had a bite of my husband's brownie.

Then I ran. Like hell. Or at least in between power waking intervals.

Today's goals:
☑ Do NOT over indulge
☑ Limit 1-2 cups of coffee today
