☑ Baby steps.
I remembered during my evening walk/run with my husband that my food definitely fuels my workout. So after having eaten so much excess crap from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I was feeling a bit lethargic.
It wasn't until a good warm up that I got a second wind.
Running.
I remembered how and it felt great. But this time, I wasn't running on a treadmill in the gym. I was outdoors, on pavement, in the middle of a typhoon. AMAZING.
Run well!
