Training Day 43: Weight Training -Run


I don't know what it was today but I woke up with an extreme lack of enthusiasm to do anything. I did a lot of self-convincing to go to weight training today which of course turned out to be a good work out as always!

After working on the leg extension machine today, my right knee started to hurt again. It was then that I remembered an article on Women's Health Magazine about exercises that should be avoided on machines. So I decided that next meeting, I was going to show this article to Coach C. and possibly do without the machines for a while.

Though my knee has it's better days, it's when I run hard that I feel it. Time to heal.
