Training Day 31: Weight Training, Sprint Drills, 5 miles





Taking days off for recovery has ruined me and I'm not trying to sound melodramatic; just being honest. I really am starting over and it tough but I have to deal with it. I tried to push myself today and run as much as I could. My "sprint drills/hill charges" were intense so I tried to jog some...the run...then had to walk.

I know I sound like I'm complaining but I'm not going to lie, I'm a little pissed with myself right now. Also, I think actually having breakfast or something may provide me with more energy next time.

So...
Baby steps; walk before running, okay I get it! I'll walk if need be. It's alright.
