I was hoping that we'd have an easy day today. But really, who was I trying to fool. And why would I ever want to sign up for a class only to take it 'easy' and not benefit anything from it?

I hate them. But I love the benefit I get after doing them. The thing is I knew I knew there was something off when I couldn't do a set. So I started to think if it was my diet: ah yes! Not enough water yesterday. Then maybe energy: not enough sleep either!
Tomorrow's "run" is 8 miles. That's the goal at least. If I can't run it all the way I'm walking it then! I'm determined to get back into it. So now it will start with a long nap.
