Training Day 29: Weight Training + 3-mile Run

More like HALF of 3 miles.







HIGHLIGHT OF MY DAY:
I'm surprised at how strong my core has become and how running has improved my cardiovascular system. More planks? No problem! Crunches? Bring it!

PIT OF MY DAY:
I felt as though I had just started running. Maybe I could have pushes myself harder and run the 3-mile goal for today. But I was really pushing myself and had to stop and walk twice. Oh well, that's just how it is I suppose!

So the game plan:
Easey way back into running. Today it was 1.5 miles, tomorrow I'm going to run 3!
