Training Day 5: Pace


I'm relieved that I'm almost done with this week. I've worked out 5 days straight. Today was tough. I was feeling tired and hungry...perhaps the usual feeling.

Things need to change next week. I'm going to slowly increase my pace. I tried pushing it again today but it turns out 4.1mph is the golden pace for me.
