Training Day 23: Recovery Walk 1-mile

Feels good to be back.


I am better.

In fact, I feel really good right now. I decided I wasn't just going to walk, I was going to walk...on incline starting at 5.0 and at a 3.4 speed. After hitting half a mile I decided to start taking it easy, lessen the incline then walk at a faster pace until I complete the mile goal today.

It feels great! Lots of energy to burn. But I still have to take it easy until I see my oral surgeon again on Friday. By then he'd be able to tell me if I can go hardcore.
