Training Day 15: Not-so-3-mile Run

Now I have proven that:






I am OFFICIALLY a morning runner. This afternoon was such a weak run. My energy was low and even though I kept pushing myself I couldn't, just couldn't do it. So I pushed harder and failed.

Okay. So maybe I shouldn't have snoozed my alarm this morning. Maybe I should've had a lighter lunch. "But what does it matter?"

I'll try again tomorrow morning.
