Training Day 19: REST



Just when I thought I was feeling better I started to feel sore again. Luckily, the salty-water solution, pain killers, and ice help quite a bit. It's just such a bummer to be indoors and in PAIN! Yesterday, I probably should have rested but I figured, I was feeling just fine so I went to the grocery, took a walk around the block (after a 5-hour nap of course). I was just anxious to be out and about.

BIG MISTAKE.

Now I just feel achy and did I mention sore? I hope I feel better tomorrow. I'm really going to take it easy from this point on. REST, rest, rest!
