Training Day 10: Six 400m runs at 2:25-2:35

FAST IS NOT MY SPEED.
I tried too hard at first (speed 6.0). Also, I didn't run on a track.

Here are my notes:


Running immediately at a speed that's obviously faster than I'm used to is both idiotic and over ambitious. So I had to go back to the basics. KEEP IT SIMPLE. so down to 4.1 then working my way up.

It's okay. There's time to work on speed. I have to remember that. Overall, today was a learning experience for me therefore making it a good run. Looking forward to tomorrow.
